Many run only small change initiatives and even these aren’t consistent or frequent.

So why wouldn’t you focus on uplifting your own change capability by empowering your staff to lead the change themselves?

Whether led by your strategy team, company directors or a single individual, our retainer program is designed to teach you or your nominated staff everything they need to know about running change in your company.

How our change retainer works

  • A change retainer gives you the best of both worlds.

    Most people don't have long term, high intensity change that requires a full time change manager. Rather, there's a need for advice and strategies that your leadership or strategy teams can adopt.

    That's why we created this service where you get access to a change manager to answer your questions and guide you through tricky situations as and when you actually need them!

  • Our change retainer gives you up to 10 hours of access to a change manager each month.

    How you use it is then up to you. From a one-off intensive to 20 30min blocks, we're available to help you when you actually need us!

  • We like to look for long term, sustainable solutions.

    That's why before entering retainers, we typically recommend that the person or people we'll be working with in your company first complete our Change 101 training.

    This means that you'll be able to do more independently and really use our services as a value add.

    That said, if you genuinely just want support or guidance with a one off project for a single month, that's ok too.

  • Absolutely!

    If you have a single bigger project that needs more intensive help, you can use your 10 hours over 1.5 days.

    That said, if on discussion, we feel that the project will need more than 10 hours, we'll sit down with you and work out if a one-off project specific engagement may be more suitable.

  • If your project appears more complex and needs more time, we'll recommend that you engage us on a project basis. That way, we can sit with you and help you build out an effective strategy.

    If it's something that isn't within your budget, we'll look at where we're most likely to be a value-add with the 10 hours available.

  • Our monthly retainer is $1,500 + GST

    This is less than some change managers charge for a single day!

  • We know that you may not a change manager all the time which is why we offer a 1 month option.

    Whether you have a single burst of change and just need us for the month or like the comfort of knowing we're just a call away, our retainers are designed for you.

    That said, our time is limited so if you know you're likely to want help, do your best to book in advance!

  • Typically, we run our meetings as video calls and emails.

    If you do wish to sit with us in person, this can be arranged if you are within the Melbourne area but travel time will be built into your 10 hours.
