What is change strategy?
Step 1: Define it
You can’t design a solution without understanding what the problem is and how different solutions may affect how your company works.
In this first phase we will:
-
Before you spend all your time and money on a solution, let us help you assess the potential problems you need to address and ensure you're focusing on the right one!
-
From staff interviews to reviewing processes and observing your environment, we'll make sure we understand how your company works and how it may be affected by the change.
-
Not all solutions are made equal. We'll help you explore your blindspots and examine the effectiveness and likelihood of unintended consequences of different potential solutions.
Step 2: Design it
Once we have an idea of what the environment looks like, we can get to work identifying the best strategies to most effectively present and embed the change.
Our solutions are then structured as hypotheses with multiple approaches so we can effectively experiment, observe and adapt to the actual environment.
Step 3: Distribute it
The implementation phase is where the change really gets rolled out.
From facilitating training sessions that empower staff to providing resources and making physical changes to the environment, this phase adopts a behavioural science approach that is largely experimental as we test solutions to get you the most effective result.
