That’s why we came in to reframe the problem and present potential solutions to help this charity explore different options for how it may wish to be involved in supporting the government and the public in improving existing screening processes.

The objective

The client, aware of noticeable gaps in how a review process was being conducted, requested an in depth analysis of both the Australian market and insights into organisations overseas already offering similar services to their proposed offering. Our objective was to review the existing landscape in Australia and overseas and to advise the client on the most impactful and appealing strategy to pursue.

The outcome

  • A comprehensive analysis of the Australian and overseas markets was delivered ahead of schedule to facilitate preliminary discussions with key stakeholders.

  • Development of a comprehensive pitch deck with detailed analysis and objectives that could be used for capital raising ventures and stakeholder consultations.
